Classic method white sparkling wine, produced, bottled and aged 24 months in our cellar. Obtained from Groppello grapes which are brought to 0 degrees centigrade before soft pressing, to obtain a white wine from black grapes. A novelty of 5 years ago now consolidated with national and international awards. A great success for a non-sparkling area and for a variety, our only native, Groppello in the Gentile biotype, with which a classic method is being obtained with a remarkable result. It combines fruit, spice, pepper, minerality and structure with a fine and elegant bubble, not banal and persistent.
