More info
This organic wine is produced with Rhine Riesling grapes, grown on vines aged between 40 and 70 years old, which are located on the highest hill of “Picedo”, a hamlet of Polpenazze del Garda. It is a young wine, which expresses aromas of white flowers and yellow pulp fruits, a fresh and intense bouquet. From the taste point of view, you can clearly distinguish the mineral aroma, conferred by the morainic land, which makes it a pleasant wine during each tasting phase, never too heavy, in spite of the strong aromatic intensity. The careful monitoring of the health of our grapes and the accurate control of each stage of production allow us to get a quality product through organic farming methods: a product as natural as possible with the lowest dose of sulphur dioxide in the wine and with the exclusion of other external products. We believe that Rhine Riesling is a great vine variety and that its cultivation on this land rich in minerals can express the most of its features. It is a product of great personality, a vigorous and persistent wine, which guarantees a pleasant drinkability.
